Please do your research on this company before spending your hard earned money here.Use Google reviews, yellow pages or ask around. Personally, This has been the absolute worst car buying experience of my entire life!!!I ignored the numerous negative reviews on Google and yellow pages, purchased a vehicle from them approximately 2 months ago. The vehicle's already misfiring all over the place, and currently non-driveable. I have to travel from site to site for work, I stressed how important it was for my vehicle to be in sound condition. I was assured everything was good and even if there were be any issues, they'd be glad to help take care of it.I did give them an opportunity to fix the problem. A tune-up was supposedly was all I needed. I hesitantly paid them an extra $239.00 for the tune-up hoping it would get me back on the road and back to work (yes I was charged for a tuneup on a vehicle I purchased from them 2 months ago). They claim all they're responsible for is the inspection, the vehicles aren't tuned-up before sale and that's on the buyer. Maybe so BUT.......the tune-up fixed nothing. Now I'm out of even more money. Please note I've been unable to work for 2 + weeks because of this vehicle and it's issues. In the past month, I've spent several hundreds trying to repair this vehicle's various issues. (Cylinder Misfires, power steering pressure line, evap Purge solenoid..)**The car was sold with an intentionally disconnected Purge valve** I found this on my first visual inspection of the engine when problems started.I'm not quite sure what my legal options but I intend to pursue them to every possible degree. Again, take your hard earned money to a more reputable car dealership.Their one or two positive reviews are from employees or acquaintances. I wouldn't wish this on anyone, especially at this time of the year.Please beware.
I purchased a vehicle from here on July 20, 2017. I called today (Aug.16,2017) because I had not received my hard plates and the temporary plate was about to expire. Unfortunately, I was unable to reach the young lady who assisted me at time of purchase. I had to deal with an unacceptable level of rudeness and disrespect from Kim. She was very unprofessional. She hung on me 3 times. Once I went in to pick up my plate, I was trying to have a conversation with Charlene to inform her of my experience. Kim interrupted every time. At some points even offering to fight. The fact that I paid $8,000 CASH for my vehicle from this place me and had to deal with such unprofessionalism irritates me so bad! Customer service goes a long way. This place is lacking it big time! "Ghetto" is an understatement. I was trying to "support my own" but never again! I'll support every other race before I support another BLACK owned business such as this!
