General Info

We are a group of highly trained Pathologists who are committed to providing our patients and customers a quality product. We are comprised of four experienced and certified Pathologists, locally available to answer questions and concerns you may have regarding your anatomic and clinical pathology testing. Our Pathologists are located within the Cape Fear Valley Health System (CFVHS) main campus, and have worked closely with other CFVHS physicians for over 30 years.. The Pathologists of Fayetteville Associates in Laboratory Medicine are all certified by The American Board of Pathology and are active Fellows of the College of American Pathologists (CAP). The Pathologists routinely participate in CAP proficiency testing. Also, as Laboratory Medical Directors at the CFVHS Laboratory, they participate in regular CAP laboratory inspections to assure compliance, and also serve as CAP inspectors of other hospitals.
