My two boys have been going to lessons for almost 2 years. This has been a great experience for all of us. Everyone who works there is friendly and knowledgeable. Mandy is always pleasant and helpful to all customers. She cares about the kids and is very protective to make sure they are going with who they are supposed to be with. Tony and Jeff are great instructors and great people to have a conversation with. All the other staff is great too!

I was walking down the street across from Cape Fear Music Center Instrumental today which happened to be the first day of school for my daughter. I saw a little girl that sits next to my daughter in class she was holding hands with a woman, I assumed the woman was her mother. I asked the little girl and the woman how was the first day of school? The woman placed the little girl inside the building and asked me what did I want? She was really on the defensive I didn't understand why. I continued to explain to the woman I was the parent of the little girl that sat next to the little girl she was holding hands with. Rudely, she said I am not her mother and begin to ask me what I wanted. I told her what I said but she started to call a man named Toni. I walked away and they began to walk towards me, so I turned around and told him what just happened. I explained to him how upset I was because I didn't understand why his employee approached me like she did. I asked if we could exchange names so that I could make a complaint. He refused to do that but he went on to tell me that he owned half the block. A point that I thought was irrelevant. To sum up the event I don't know if they thought I was a homeless person and that is how they speak to the homeless, maybe it was my race or they are just rude. Their demeanor was not one that I would entrust my children in their care.
