3 P's in my book! PEACEFUL location... Reminds me of the movie "The Notebook" & the layout/upkeep of the venue/landscape, PERFECTION. Last but not least, Allison was extremely helpful and overly accommodating. Her work ethic was PRICELESS.

Venue appears to be very nice. Downfall is the inability to get a firm booking for the wedding rehearsal. It's difficult to 'float' the rehearsal day when a rehearsal dinner venue has to be contracted for a firm date and wedding party is coming from out of state.
