Founded in 1979, Reed & Associates, Inc is a company involved in providing Real Estate Appraisal Services on commercial, residential, industrial, agricultural and special-purpose properties. These services are provided to financial institutions, government agencies, attorneys, individuals, etc., in the State of Arkansas, and in Southwest Missouri and Northeast Oklahoma. Over the years, Reed & Associates, Inc has grown to become one of the largest full-service Real Estate Appraisal Companies in Northwest Arkansas. Reed & Associates, Inc has provided appraisal services for several large projects such as: The Northwest Arkansas Regional Airport Authority for construction of the Northwest Arkansas Regional Airport ; Benton/Washington County Two-Ton Water Project, easements for a pipeline which provided public water from Beaver Lake at Avoca, Arkansas to near the Oklahoma State Line ; City of Mena ' Mena Airport Expansion ; Corps of Engineers ' Surplus Land at Fort Chaffee, etc. Northwest Arkansas including Springdale, Fayetteville, Bentonville, Rogers, Bella Vista, Tontitown, and Lowell ; Southeast Oklahoma ; and Southwest Missouri.
