      A wonderful therapist, very concerned and professional. She manages to make each client feel special in their own way. She is also available outside of therapy sessions in case of emergency to help someone so no one has to feel alone in dealing with their crisis. You always know Joan will be there. She rarely cancels, and is usually on time for sessions. In other words, she is very consistent. That makes clients feel secure. Joan is an outstanding therapist, and deserves accolades.
