I had my truck worked on at Auto Solutions after I was hit by a vehicle that failed to yield. My truck looked aweful and due to recently moving to the area, I had no idea where I could find a reputable body shop. I had a flatbed take me to auto solutions per their reccomendation and Joe immediately introduced himself and made me feel at ease. I had well over $5,000 in damage to my vehicle. Joe was willing to sit down and talk to me whenever I stopped in to check on the progress. Joe and his guys went above and beyond by fixing minor clips, chips, scratches, lightbulbs, etc that weren't good. When my truck was completely finished, I couldn't believe how perfect the paint looked! There weren't dents, dings, etc anywhere! I have an electric blue paint and it's a hard code to match/ blend but they did a great job! Phenomenal paint guy. I would strongly urge anyway that needs body work to go to Auto Solutions in Farwell, MI.

Awful, unprofessional, rude, unorganized, will never recommend to anyone.........had to get a jump start to leave after work was completed.....kept my parts, didn't put things back together, no communication on their part, over charged labor probably from not allowing mechanic to finish job, start stop who knows what actually time was spent on the job at hand......awful experience

Went to auto solutions for my first time after being rear ended. Fantastic service, my truck looks great. I will never take my vehicles anywhere else.

I highly recommend Auto Solutions for any type of auto repair! I have had all of my vehicles in for many different services in the last few years from oil changes, to CV joints, brakes, body repairs (hubby accidents, not mine, sorry honey :)) also, cooling fan and thermostat replacement. The prices are very affordable and honest, which is what I love about them. I love Larry, he has drove me home and picked me up so I don't have to wait while my repairs were being done. When we did have to have the truck in for a few days, I was given a loaner car with no hesitation. All of my repairs have been done with great timing and done right! and my vehicle is always sparkling clean vacuumed on the inside when I pick it up. Joe and Lori are just the warmest people I know in the auto business and I just cannot say enough nice things about this place. Every employee I have met has been very smart and they know their stuff. Great mechanics and body guys. Keep up the great work!!
