My poor friend had an awful experience here today. "So rude! I called this morning because I haven't been able to sleep the past week or so because of back problems. (I've had back problems since I was little). The doctor came in, asked about my back and the second I told her I wasn't able to sleep she got so rude and was like "WE'RE NOT TALKING ABOUT THAT! WE'RE TALKING ABOUT YOUR BACK" I proceeded to tell her that I have had back problems since I was little and again she said " WE'RE NOT TALKING ABOUT THAT. When you made your appointment this morning you said you had back pain.... Not that you couldn't sleep. So we're not talking about that." Um, my back pain is the reason I can't sleep... And sorry I didn't tell my whole life story to your receptionist..? I got teary-eyed and said nothing but "Yes" and "No" the remainder of my appointment. The cherry on top was when she walked out of the room and I could hear her mimicking me to another colleague. Never want to go there again but my choices are limited in Farmville. Guess I will have to drive to Richmond now."
