I had gone to taco bell for lunch twice in a row, the line was very long and was thinking about leaving. I saw a lady going car to car taking orders and the line started to move very fast. By the second day I asked the lady her name and its Pita, she is the general manager at the 2226 E. Main St. in Farmington NM She is AWESOME she was in the heat and took everyone's orders while smiling and not once complained about how hot it was...thank you for the wonderful service Pita !!!!!!!

Chalupa

First of all, I love Taco Bell ,but today purchased a chalupa and it was terrible. It was cold, stale and nothing much more than lettuce and tomatoes. I want to trust that they would be good again.

Here's the Beef

I love Taco Bell. With all the hub bub about the beef, seems to me that a simple way to promote the quality of the meat is to bring back the BELLBEEFER for a limited time. There is nothing better than a Bellbeefer with onions, cheese, lettuce and tomatoes.

New Taco Bell

3/2/11 Have you considered putting a Taco Bell in any of the following places: Gravette, Arkansas; Decatur, Arkansas, or Gentry, Arkansas. I live in Decatur and its about 18-21 miles to any Taco Bell. Decatur has no grocery store, and one little pop cafe. I am sure business would do well as it has a large spanish population due to Simmons Chicken industry plants there. Thank you

WHERE IS THE BEEF????

Ever notice how they fill their tacos with a whole lot of lettuce and very little meat... did I say meat, I meant filler.

Advertising

My comment isn't about food or the restaurant. My husband & I appreciate TACO Bell pulling its advertisement from the MTV show Skins. Our Society keeps lowering the standards & the only way we will see a change is with the MTV network losing endorsements.Thank you for showing class!!

stale tortillas

My husband and I just had lunch that I picked up from our local Taco Bell. As he was eating he mentioned that the tacos tasted pretty bad. I agreed as I had a mexican pizza. The tortillas were stale and had a rancid taste. I can't believe the manager would allow that to be served. Last time for me.

unbelievalble tirade by managment

Ufortunately I decieded to take a meal at Tocobell saturday 10/30 /10 around 5:15pmI was treated to the worst display of managment abuse I have ever seen. The manager FRED was screeming at the top of his lungs at the staff cursing repeatedly at them demeaning thier intellegence and telling them that they were all SH%T.After telling them they should all leave he stormed out and left the restaurant. This upset my wife and I as my children had to listen to this maniac. We quickly cleaned up and left. I returned the next day to complain and discover the insane managers name(FRED). I will not subjet my family to this ever again. New castle DE

xxl Chulupa

We bought a XXL Chulapa friday @ our local Chambersburg PA TacoBell restauraunt, after seeing the advertisement on tv, showing meat pilled up to the side of the shell, and cheese pilled up to the side, I wanted to purchase one of these items, but when we bought 5 beef and one chix, there was hardley any beef and hardley no chix in the shell. We were very disapointed with theChulapua, we will never buy another one again I would appreciate some coupounds or something for my disapointment. /vr disapointed customer

a new store

we would love to see a taco bell built somewhere around exit 17N in gansevoort, n.y.12831. we only have a dunkin doughnuts and a subway...we're pretty burnt out on them. there is plenty of land for sale and there are truck stops in the vacinity as well. i think a taco bell/kentucky fried chicken would prosper here for certain.

I placed an order at the drive thru on 9/10/2010 and didn't get my complete order. When I called, I was told to pick up what was missing the next day and gave my name. I went by on 9/11/2010 around 2:15 PM and was made to wait no less than 30 minutes while other customers came in, ordered, and were served. When I asked about my order, I found it had not even been started and the people responsible for preparing it were very mad because They were told to get it done. When my order was completed, the girl threw it on the counter and walked away. I realize I was not a paying customer that day, but I HAD paid for the order I didn't receive the night before. This is not any way to treat a customer and not professional at all. - Janice McQueen

General Info
Rvine, Calif., October 28, 2009 - It's the Big Apple vs. the City of Brotherly Love as the Fall Classic is ready to treat baseball fans everywhere with a memorable World Series matchup. While we cannot predict a winner, we do know one thing for certain, that millions of Americans will be winners of a free Black Jack Taco. Game Three of the 2009 World Series falls on Halloween this year, so in celebration of both events, Taco Bell, the official Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) of Major League Baseball, announced the free giveaway. Baseball fans, taco fans and Halloween fans alike can get one free Black Jack Taco by visiting participating Taco Bell restaurants across America between 6 p.m. and midnight (local time) on October 31, 2009. The 2009 World Series will match the New York Yankees vs. the Philadelphia Phillies beginning this Wednesday and all games will be televised on Fox, with coverage beginning at 7:30 p.m. ET for each game (8:00 p.m. ET for Game Four on Sunday). The Black Jack Taco, a new limited-time-only addition to the 79-89-99 Why Pay More! Value Menu, is a fresh twist on the classic Crunchy Taco. Featuring a new, eye-catching black taco shell, the Black Jack Taco is filled with seasoned beef, and topped with zesty Pepper Jack sauce that kicks the flavor up a notch. Taco Bell has a long history of "Think Outside the Bun" promotions with Major League Baseball. In addition to last year's successful "Steal A Base, Steal A Taco" World Series promotion, the company has also placed its famous "Free Taco" target at multiple World Series games. Taco Bell is currently in its sixth year as an Official Sponsor of Major League Baseball. Boston Red Sox outfielder Jacoby Ellsbury, who led all of baseball with 70 stolen bases and who stole the "free taco base" in the 2007 World Series, will serve as Taco Bell's spokesperson. "The World Series is baseball's biggest stage," said Jacoby Ellsbury, Boston Red Sox center fielder. "My first start, first hit, fi
