They have great costumer service, and their smartphone app helps a lot. No complaints from me

Changestop stinks for trade ins and stinks if you want to sell things to them. They will offer $10 for a game that came out yesterday.

If they do not have it...they will and do order it for you, what's great about this place is that they will hold the item for you under your first and last name.

The downfall is that this is only in Farmington, the closest AND only one in this area...maybe they would mail items at a descent rate? I can fairly give them a four star rating out of five!
