My closing was delayed several days because of these idiots. The appraiser was Bill S. Murray. I would never hire these guy every again nor recommend to anybody. The original inspect went well. He was suppose to come back for final inspection. It took act of god to schedule final inspect. In the final inspection his comments were that condition of the appraisal has not been met because some documents were not provided to him for review. First of all this guy had almost two weeks to mention or say sometime instead he has audacity to blame it on someone else. He never made any request to anybody. NO SENSE OF URGENCY OR PROFESSIONALISM. NEVER MAKE A MISTAKE TO HIRE THIS GUY. MY WHOLE WEEKEND WAS RUINED BECAUSE OF THIS GUY.

The appraiser was very cocky and claimed to be doing appraisals his whole life. He didn't bother taking pictures of the inside of the property and said that he just needs to get a feel for it (shows how much he cares). when i offered him a complete list of repairs for reference (it took me 3 hours to add all my receipts and invoices) he refused to take it and said he sees all the improvements that i did (he spent less then 6 minutes inside).



Once i got the appraisal, he gave it a value as if i just bought it from the bank in distressed condition!! Very inaccurate and unprofessional.



Would not recommend if they were last appraisal company in the whole world.. very expensive too
