Poor cancellation policy. I had to cancel a pre-paid, scheduled session and had done so more than 24 hours before the appointed time. I was told that I would not get a refund because I had a special rate (was told that this was standard practice). In no part of their cancellation policy was this stated--and that policy is on their web-site. Neither was I told this up front. I was offered a reschedule, but I had mitigating circumstances, and was not sure when I would be able to make another appointment, so I wanted the refund. Since they gave me a difficult time, this experience left a very bad taste in my mouth. Why would I want to return to a place that tries to keep a person's money under the guise a policy (or part of it) which isn't even included in writing? Horrible, lack of good faith and I won't be returning.

I had the message and foot services a Bellis. I was very pleased. Everyone was attentive and made me feel extremely special. My message was 90 minutes. I was a little sad with my ninety minutes was up. I felt wonderful for the whole day. I love going to Bellis.

Excellent Spa! Angela has gifted hands and is an excellent massage therapist! Check them out, you won't be disappointed.

Excellent Facials! Probably the best I've ever had! I read the reviews about this Spa so I decided to stop in a give them a try. I receive facials regularly and my previous Esthetician relocated out of state so I was in search of a new Spa. The staff is friendly and knowledgable and you are not pressured to spend money on products you don't need. I can tell that there was a great level of details that went into the design and layout of this facility and was very clean and aromatic, i think it was lavender and lemon grass or something.



This is one previous review on this site that is really hard to believe as being true. I am glad that I followed my instinct. Maybe they were having a bad day or something but my experience was the complete opposite. I WILL FOR SURE BE RETURNING for my monthly visits! Try the rejuvenating facial with the Tee Tree mask. Simply Marvelous!! Thank you for making my day:-)

My first vist to Bellis this past weekend was amazing. I received a Signature Facial and Massage Package and it was wonderful. The staff was friendly and my facial was amazing. Thanks Cynthia! I should have asked my massage therapist for a little more pressure but I did feel 100% better after leaving this Spa. Clean, friendly, and professional. I highly recommend this Spa. From my experience at Bellis Therapeutic Spa,all I can say is:unatractive place to be,bad taste and uninviting :CHEAP LOOKING.The facial job?The towels she used:discusting,dirty(and all this on my face),the sheets:ugly and dirty,pillows?made me trow up.Really sorry,but I came home and take a shower after all.Never go bak in that place.Be careful:not get any dissease from that discusting place.

I had my first professional massage at Bellis yesterday and I can't begn to explain how pleased I was with the services they provided. I was treated like royalty from the moment I entered into the spa. My massage therapist was Carl and the only way to describe my massage at this point was heavenly. I encourage anyone reading this review to make their appointment immediately. You will not regret it.

I was looking for a Spa to have our "Ladies Day Out" and we went to Bellis Spa. In my opinion this is the best Spa in town. We all enjoyed Sauna treatments and a soak in a fabulous hot tub before receiving our massages. The environment was clean and the staff was very friendly. Check them out!

My husband surprised me with a day at Bellis Spa and I love it! From the moment I walked in I felt very comfortable. The gentlemen at the desk was very polite and warm. I received a fabulous facial and I do mean FABOLOUS! The women's name is Brandi Is she is the best. Her hands were so soft and she knew what she was doing. After that I received a 1 hour full body massage. The room was very clean and private and the Massuse was very attentive to my needs. If it was to hard she adjusted if it was too soft she adjusted. I felt very relaxed and never rushed. I am a women of colr and it was nice to be trated by other women of color ;-) I love this place. And it is very afforable.

Best in class service and comfort. I was not always the facial type but my skin now speaks for itself. You must try their 1 hour signature facial, you won't be disappointed!!

I heard many great things about Bellis Therapeutic Spa so of course I had to check out all the hype about this new Spa in town. This was my first visit a Spa and now I'm a regular client. Ask about their R & R club. I receive 2 one hour Spa services for the price of 1. Not only is this Spa affordable the service is amazing! What a great deal! I received my first body wrap at Bellis Spa and it was perfect!! Find your escape today with the Paris Paradise Body Wrap! My treatment included a light scalp massage with neck and shoulder rub. What an excellent way to spend 60 minutes.

Bellis has the most variety of masages I have seen in this area and at a price that won't break your wallet. The staff if very friendly and they offer great value in their services. Try the Rain Drop Therapy Massage. I routinely get facials once a month as well from their skin care specialist. Rana is amazing!!!! Don't underestimate the significance of receiving a facial on a routine. I have been getting them for years and it has helped reduce wrinkles and balanced my skin tone. Very few places I have gone to in the past incorporated massage techniques with their facials. Here's to a happy face :-)

I highly recommend everyone to get try a Spa Manicure and Pedicure from Bellis Therapeutic Spa. You don't have to worry about the harsh scents of chemicals at this spa as all of their services are all natural. Their friendly staff will make your hands and feet look as it is a magnificent and marvelous piece of art. Ask for Krystle, she is the best!!

I really enjoyed this spa facility. Me and my girlfriends wanted to do a spa day and they were able to accomodate us where we could all get our massages at the same time! All of us really enjoyed our massages and will be returning. I would recommend this spa to any and everyone!
