I was recently a patient of Dr. Rafaniello and it was my first visit to the office. I was referred by a friend so I thought that I was going to a wonderful office. I was very disappointed with my experience. Dr Rafaniello did not make sure that I was numb before starting the procedure and seems to be very hard of hearing and could not hear what I was telling him. Also the front office gave me a price of what my treatment would cost and they were not accurate at all. I was very discouraged with my experience and would not refer anyone to go to their office.
