I noticed that there was only one employee and he was on the phone for the first ten minutes of our visit. When he finally came to take our order had to ask what bread we wanted twice and didn't answer one question we had, at all. At the check out he couldn't figure out that we wanted two meals, one with chips (that were on the counter next to/touching the sandwiches) and the other with two cookies. On top of it all he had to ask me what sandwich I had ordered, (it was the one he had made most recently). When he finally rang up our order I realized he was ringing up everything individually, not as a meal like I had explained twice already to him. Before we could leave he asked to "borrow" a cig lighter. It became quickly apparent that we would never receive our lighter back. I had to ask him to give me my cookies, which he did by moving the tray back slightly in the back of the cookie display and making me get the cookies i wanted out myself, No bag! After all that I'll never go back.
