JC Property Services Inc the worst Company I have ever dealt with. They make up the rules as they go along.No surprise that the Board voted to charge me for the time on the invoice they heard nothing from nor asked about my side of the story.1. My first call to JC Property Services, Inc.. Lucas Heating asked me to call my association and ask them turn off the sprinkler when replacing the unit. They wanted to take this extra safety precaution due to a sprinkler being within three inches of the furnace to be replaced, . I called JC Property Services, Inc. and was told to call back with a date and time of the replacement. She also asked me give a weeks notice prior to the shutoff. Ireceived NO BILL AND NO MENTION OF ANY COST TO ME.2. Second call to JC Property Services, Inc., to schedule shut off, AGAIN NO BILL AND NO MENTION OF ANY COST TO ME.3. Third call to JC Property Services, Inc. on 12/22/17 to let them know Lucas Heating would be late and asked them to let Earl know so he didnt have to come out until later. At that time I was told Earl was waiting in the parking lot for Lucas Heating. She said she would call Earl and let him know. I said I didnt know that Earl was here or that he was going to wait for Lucas I was told he would be turning the sprinkler system off and on. Iwasnt told that Earl would be sitting around for hours waiting! Third contact, AGAIN NO BILL AND NO MENTION OF ANY COST TO ME.On February 2, 2018, out of the clear blue, I received an invoice for One Hundred ninety two dollars and fifty cents. Imagine my shock! Forty two days later, JC Property Services, Inc. decides to bill me an outrageous amount of money for turning a valve off and on. A ten minute job at best. m LOOK at the hourly rate $55.00 per hour. Are you kidding? Earl makes $2,200 weekly, over $114,000.00 a year? You must be kidding. This whole thing must be a joke; just like a few months ago when you threatened to charge all the units in my building hundreds of dollars extra for water. If not a joke JC Property Services Inc must think they are dictators. Whatever, whenever they decide to come up with something that's it. I think that in about FORTY TWO DAYS I will send JC Property Services Inc an invoice for three hundred dollars for wasting my time.
