      The Skyline Sport & Health Club helps clients lose weight, tone up and enhance overall health. The location in Falls Church, Va., is one of more than 25 Sport & Health locations throughout Maryland, Virginia and the District of Columbia. It features advanced fitness equipment for strength training and cardiovascular conditioning. The Skyline Sport & Health Club offers a wide range of exercise classes for yoga, high- and low-impact aerobics and kickboxing. The club's junior programs are for all ages and include a nursery, climbing mazes, dance, camps and fitness. It has a whirlpool, sauna, steam room and day spa. Many Sport & Health Clubs also provide facilities for tennis, racquetball, squash, basketball and swimming.
