I bought a $500 bike and realized the bike I purchased wasn't the right choice for me one day later. I explained my problem and RV&E staff was very professional and courteous to make me happy and be satisfied with my purchase. They went out of their way to accommodate me and ensure I bought the right bike. I really appreciated their flexibility and attitude to make my purchase the right one. I would highly recommend them for future purchases and service.
