This is the accountants handling the property that belongs to Gerald and Helen Goodwin AKA Eagle Housing Rentals. I rented property at 509 Coleman Ave. Fairmont, WV 26554 They refused to give my damage deposit back, so I took them to court. The judge says they have 20 Days to refund my deposit directly to me. Its been 14 days. I have tried to reach out to Helen Goodwin to let her know they aren't giving my money back and I will be placing a lien on the property on the 5th of Oct. I dont want to cause The Goodwin's problems because their accounts are taking peoples money.
