The company offers negotiation and management of association contracts and services. It acts as a liaison between the association and all governmental bodies as well as regulatory agencies. Based in Fairfield, N.J., the company is a member of the Community Associations Institute (CAI) and is a Certified Manager of Community Association (CMCA).
