Ninety minutes late to see me at scheduled appointment time. Doctor promised to look at MRI results in a week, but did not in time for later appointment with an orthopedic surgeon.

Sized for orthotics on November 3, 2010. No orthotics received as of January 18,2011. No explanation given. Office cannot find my records.
