I am writing to say thank you to Arctic Chiropractic. I had been in a domestic violence situation, in which my neck and shoulder was severely injured. I walked in to the clinic holding my own neck upright, trembling and crying. It hurt so bad! It took me over an hour just to pull myself slowely up the stairs and get enough strength to start walking upright. So, it is understandable how I left without my wallet. I would not call 911 or press charges (I have decided never call 911 again, it makes things worse for all involved in the long run), so I had no reimbursement for my injuries coming in. I wish I could return, as I was recently body-slammed by a AK STATE TROOPER, and he re-injured me, and now it hurts EVERY DAY (unfortunately I must remand back to jail, and there is no chiropractor in jail): ). I had realized I didn't have the money, while standing at their desk, my tears increased. The Chiropractor heard me crying and came over and told me not to worry about it. He took X-rays and made a plan of care with me. He was so gentle, and genuinely concerned. I tried to reimburse him on my next trip in to see him and he told me not to worry about it! Plus, they offer walk-in appointments, and their fees are excellent, best that I have seen so far! Please patronize this business.!!!
