Excellent Work!

Daniel and his crew did an excellent job on our sidewalk and patio under our deck. We were indecisive about our color choice and pattern however, Daniel went above and beyond to send us pictures and answered late night phone calls with questions. They were even here one night until midnight finishing the stamp since the concrete arrived late in the day. We would highly recommend his services!!!

We always try our best to provide our clients with the highest quality product as possible. When i first met with Karen i recommended a trench drain in front of her garage to catch any water that came down toward her garage as it was in a low area and the driveway sloped uphill away from the garage, The cost would have been $1,000.00 for the 8" trench drain with 1" bar grate and a 4' apron. She thought the cost was to high and didnt want to spend that kind of money so i told her that the only other option is a 4' apron with a swale in it for $300 which she agreed to. We formed it and poured it with a zero to 3" slope in 24'. This is not an extreme swale but a gradual slope. the car that she refers to as in scraping is a bmw that sits extremely low to the ground and only scraped by a 1/2". When i was notified of this matter i took some 2x12 over and laid them across and it missed by a good 1". I told her i would gladly donate my time and labor to remove the apron with the swale and pour back a new apron with the trench drain if she bought the materials which i thought was fair since i recommended it to start with but that SHE didnt want to pay for. Would have cost her approx $600. She refused my offer and demanded a refund of the $300.00 for the original cost of the apron. I told her i didnt feel i should have to pay as it was her choice to go the route we did after i recommended the trench drain. I also consulted with several other business owners who agreed that the position i took was the correct one. Please feel free in correcting me if im wrong in my position. I can give many other references for satisfied work.

His suggestion for a concrete apron swale in front of my new garage was so deep that my cars hit bottom and scraped the concrete preventing me from driving into my garage. His proposed "fix" would have cost me a lot more additional money to tear it out and redo it correctly. Needless to say I turned down his offer having lost confidence in his workmanship and ideas. I requested a refund for the apron, which he reluctantly said he'd return, but he never did.
