Counseling that offers individual and family therapy for issues related to children and teens, couples, veterans and their families, elderly adults, cancer support, coronary heart disease support, depression, anxiety, stress and bereavement. Methods of intervention include traditional psychotherapy, including Brief/Solution-Focused and Cognitive-Behavioral therapy, family therapy, play, art and sand tray therapies, bereavement counseling and evidence-based mindfulness interventions, to include spiritual support guided by client's wishes, for mind-body-spirit suport.
