The parts made here are of great quality. My husband got a joint replacement part from here. They helped so much with his walking now. I am so grateful the doctor who did the surgery got the parts from here. I went to thank them in person and so did my husband. The administrative office staff could use an attitude check, but Eddy was absolutely quaint!
