This guy has no business examining disabled chronic pain patients ! Wisdom & Compassion for disabled people with over 30 pieces of titanium in their body and crushed joints from a no-fault accident at over 100MPH collision and over 12 surgeries later in Delaware !!! Find another line of work !!!

He really is one of the best

I was referred here by a family member. I have been coming here for eight months. Everything has been really good! Dr. Matz is awesome. He really is one of the best. The staff is very excellent as well.

Board Certified in Anesthesiology and Fellowship Trained in Pain Medicine. Dr. Matz is an anesthesiologist who is fellowship trained in pain medicine and specializes in interventional pain management. He has a wide range on experience in performing minimally invasive interventional pain techniques that can treat patient’s musculoskeletal, neuropathic and visceral pain. He has extensive training at John Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore. He completed his pain management training at University of Pittsburgh Medical Center. Dr. Matz has published peer reviewed articles in Orthopedics, and has pursued research on the effects of Ketamine of chronic pain and enhancing interventional techniques such as Celiac plexus block for abdominal pain. Member of the American Academy of Pain Medicine, the North American Neuromodulation Society, as well as American Society of Anesthesiology.
