Dr. Roui De Castro is a board-eligible internist, serving the West O‘ahu community at EmPower Health. He is a member of the American College of Physicians, and has special interests in preventive medicine and community wellness. In his free time, Dr. De Castro enjoys being with members of the community and organizing group hikes around the island.
