I visited Walmart at 95th and Western in Chicago tonight, Saturday, October 18, 2014 at about 8:00 p.m.. I received exceptional assistance. First from the male pharmacist who gave me a consultation in reference to the topical medicine. He was so helpful and gave assistance with a smile. He escorted me to the best product to use and gave the best advice as to how to use the product. Not only did he help but I felt that he cared. I am only sorry I did not get his name so that he may have a proper mention. Also, I received help from a young man named Adam in the Electronics Department. He was very knowledgeable about the products we were seeking. Blu ray, Roku, adapters, HDMI connections, etc. He also assisted us in how to find a cover for a telephone. This young man was very patient, answered all of our questions, was very mannerable and thorough. My family had a great experience,

This place is terrible. It is a complete jungle in there. Objects are tossed everywhere, products lie on the floor, nobody has any work ethic to clean anything up or move faster than a lazy stroll. They have a ton of stuff, but it's Walmart, they all have a ton of stuff. Took them 25 minutes to grab one electronic device that was locked in the shelves. The cashiers are ALWAYS understaffed and/or people standing around so the check out lines take forever. I'm trying to call them as I type this review to get the hours of operation because I have a really tight schedule and need to pick something up kind of late, the phone has been ringing for over 5 minutes. TERRIBLE DONT SHOP HERE UNLESS ITS AN EMERGENCY. This Walmart does not care about it's customers.
