Almost every compliant I have is towards their worthless service team. I seem to have to come back at least 2 to 4 times to get any thing fixed and they want it left there all day, one time 2 days for a detail and buff work done. They told my wife to go down this morning to look at why our windshield sprayer doesn't work, but when she went in at 7 am they told her she would have to leave it there. The last time we brought our car in before this they forgot to tighten any of the lug nuts, so they rattled loose- yes they could have killed my family. I wound up trading in that car and got a difee rent on since my wife didn't feel safe driving it anymore. Needless to say if it wasn't under warranty I would have no business with these people. Sales team is super nice, but the first one I dealt with tried to rib me off saying something wasn't in the deal and refused to even look at original paperwork. I had to go home and get my paperwork to prove that they owed roof rack bars to me. Like I said plan on taking 2 to 4 visits to get anything done here. When I got my new car from them it took 4 visit's each time leaving the car for the whole day to get it fixed. On top of that they sold me something that couldn't even go on my car, and I had to get them to mail me a check after I got mad they that they asked me to come in again for the check.

Service was excellent as expected and customer care given by Ann above and beyond expectation. She is always very professional and timely in her calls to notify us with finds and suggestions of best prices available for care needed for our Mazada. Will continue with care for our car at Mazda Of Everett. Thanks, The Shephers

This dealership is ran and owned by very immoral people buyer beware this is not a good business.

Of all the dealerships there are this is the worst you will ever find. Read the reviews about these people its a horrible place, but it will not be in business long. Anyone who does business like Mazda of Everett does will not last. A friend of mine bought a car there and it was a total disaster. You will walk in a customer and walk out a victim, stay away is the best advice I can gve you.

The positive reviews are written from the people who own the dealership. this place is a joke they will take advantage of the handicapped and the mentally impaired. This is not a good business I have tried several times to talk to the owners all they do is hide and avoid me. I have never talked to anyone who has dealt with them who had anything positive to say. They are simply deceptive immoral people. Do not do business ar Mazda of Everett. Thank You.

Don't know where the guy below me is getting the negativeness. Very nice car dealership, super good customer service. They don't rip you off or "steal" your cars. I highly recommend it!

I have to give them five stars! What an awesome dealership! Everyone is knowlegable, friendly and sincere. I never felt like I was on a "car lot", just that they were there to make sure that I had the best information to help me make my decision!
