Absolutely the best pesto sauce I have ever had. Everything they make tastes like it's home made. I like the fact that they use pine nuts, fresh basil and extra virgin olive oil in their pesto. It really is the first pesto sauce on the market that really sticks to the original recipe. The roasted garlic is so nutty. We tried it just on some french bread with a little butter too. really not strong, just a nice nutty flavor. Thank you Jim Johnson for all the samples and the tour.
