I got a great deal, and I will definitely shop there again. When the saleswoman noticed that the car had a brake light out, she made sure that it was fixed within a few minutes.

Probably the best used car dealership I've dealt with in a long time! Not only was everyone easy going, helpful and kind, Rick our dealer, listened to our concerns, gave HONEST responses and helped us get our amazing deal on our new little Suzuki Grand Vitara!!!

I just bought a car at Bayside Auto Sales, and it was a great shopping experience. The people are friendly, and there's no pressure there at all.

BEWARE!!!! DISHONEST LIERS!!!

I found a car that looked good on Carscom and all the info was good. I spoke with them at Bayside several times and asked lots of questions. I was impressed! I was coming from quite a distance so I wanted NO surprises! Then reality came... but too late. They had said they were A+ rated with BBB when in fact they were NOT even members of BBB. Then they told me that this car had never been in an accident, well it turned out it had been in a bad accident with some pretty major damage that had been covered over well enough that it was not readily noticeable and when they did all of their nice photo shots they made sure the damaged areas did not show. Then they said the car had been well maintained by Toyota Service Centers when in fact it had been VERY poorly cared for as the oil was low and VERY dirty plus there were other issues that started to surface that made it very obvious that this car had NOT been well cared for AT ALL! I wanted them to make it right. Their answer was bring it back at my expense and they would give me my money back. I finally said I was bringing it back as they were not willing to cover the cost of getting it fixed and I was tired of dealing with them and I had finally found someone to take a day off to drive over to pick me up and bring me back home. Well then they tell me they won't give me all of my money back. They were going to keep over $1200.00 of my money. Finally I said OK. I show up at their lot with the car in better shape than what it was when I got it as I had had some work and servicing done to it already and now I'm told they are going to give me yet another $400.00 cut in returned funds. I said that was not right as they had agreed about 16 hours earlier to a figure $400.00 higher than what they were saying now. Finally he throws the keys and paper work back at me and tells me to get off their lot. I took over a $2300.00 shafting on this car. Oh yes, and they told me that they were selling it to me below their cost on it and I took it to 4 other car buyers that buy at the same auctions that Bayside goes to and they every one said that car would have never sold at auction for half of what Bayside said it cost them. Three of these buyers were from Everett, WA and one from the other side of the state. These guys are some of the most dishonest people you could ever deal with! One of the car dealers I spoke with there in Everett said my story was not the first he had heard like this about Bayside Auto Sales.

We have bought 4 cars from Tim and O'Neills Wheels over the last few years. They work with us and never make us feel unsure of what we are doing! Not 1 of those 4 cars have ever had anything major go wrong with them and come on people, these are used cars and you never know, right?! We trust them fully and even if we didn't have some credit issues, we would still buy from them when looking for a used car. Actually, the way the credit plan is structured, it seems easier to pay your vehicles off than with conventional financing. It's a no-brainer; this dealership is established and has an answer for almost every issue from credit to insurance! Anne at the front desk is AMAZING and sweet, Gena leads the mechanic team and is the best and oh so real, and Tim is uber fair. You be realistic and honest, and so will he! Lynn and Matthew (customers for life!)

one year ago this month I needed to find a reliable car. I searched several dealships and all would say the samething we can not help you. I found Bayside Autosales in Autotrader magazine and made the call. The friendly voice on the other end was Ashley and she said what kind of car are you looking for I said a chevrolet. She said that she had a 2005 Chevrolet malibu at a very reasonable price. I went and seen Ashley and the Malibu and in a couple of days I had the car. For the past year I put 30000 miles on the car and preformed perfectly. Just last weekend I traded in my malibu for a 2006 Pontiac Grand Prix GT supercharged V6. In 24 hours I was approved and drove home in my new Pontiac. The car is sweet. Ashley and your boss thank you, great people to work with. Folks if you need help getting a good relabile car at a very reasonable price, see those other people first, then come and see Ashley at Bayside Autosales in Everett. you will walk away a very happy customer. DON'T BE AFRAID

Bayside has lots of HAPPY customers...! We have comment cards from SATISFIED customers to prove it! Bayside has been in business over 13 years. In that time we have thousands and thousands of very satisfied customers. We also offer warranties for purchase on every vehicle we sell. If the customer does not want to buy the warranty. Then we have them sign a form stating they were offered a warranty but declined the coverage. Thus accepting the fact that if something goes wrong in the future with the vehicle. They are on their own for repairs! There are 2 sides to every story. In this Bloggers case. He bought the truck 7 months ago and he declined the warranty! We have the paperwork with his 4 signatures declining the coverage. Anyway he showed up on Saturday, Feb 20th 2010 He said his waterpump went bad and he had to fix it and wanted to know what were we going to do about it! He then began hollering at the staff and the customers on the lot, causing a really big scene. So we had no choice other than asking him to leave. Our warranties cover waterpumps! Had he called us and asked for help with his truck. We at the very least we would have gotten him DEALER cost on parts and labor. This equates to a significant savings on repairs. We also allow customers to take the vehicle they are interested in to an idependent mechanic for a full evaluation of problems and potential areas of concern before purchase. Thus dispelling the lies on this blog that we hide problems from customers. We have a great deal of integrity and treat each and every customer with the utmost honesty and courtesy. However, coming to a business yelling and screaming is not a good way to get your problem resolved.

Buying from Bayside was a breathe of freash AIR!!!

Our experience was great. We had been shopping for a car for our daughter and let me tell you I was almost at my wits end. That is until we ended up at Bayside auto sales. Most of the places we went too, up and down the strip were dreadful. Before we could even get out of our car 1 if not 2 salesman were practically pulling us out of our car. They showed us everything EXEPT what we were loooking for. We wanted nice in-expensive automatic car for our teenage daughter. Of course all the cars she wanted were not in the budget and not what we thought should should have as her first car! Kids (as you parents know!) want something their friends would think are cool. But we wanted was just a plane old good car. After arriving at the dealership we were greated and told by the salesman... ""if you see something you like please let us know and we will get the keys for you."" After that we looked around un-bothered or pressured until we found a car we had a few questions about. We spotted a 1997 Honda Passport for $2995. The salesman explained that all in all it was a good vehicle, but it did had some minor issues. They had taken in it on trade earlier that week and the check engine light was on. We drove the car and it road tested very well. We asked why the light was on? He was not 100% sure but was more than happy to get it checked out for us! The next day he called us back with the prognosis. The mechanic checked it and found that there was a hole in the muffler and the O2 sensor was bad. Total estimate was $180 to fix it, which we agreed to split with them. They got it fixed the next day and we came back to re-test drive the car . The 2nd test drive went well and the light was off. As we were getting ready to write the check, the manager came in and stated that after installing the muffler the O2 sensor was just fine and did not need to be replaced. That shaved the total bill for repairs down to $95 dollars for just the muffler. To our surprise he said don't worry about it I already took care of the bill on the muffler at no cost to you. The only thing he wanted was for us to send them a few customers. We said we would, and we did. My husbands co-worker bought a car there on our recommendation and so did our daugher's best friend! The best part is they paid us $100 each for both of the referrals...What a deal! BTW of the 3 cars none of them have had any major problems and we will go back when our 14 year old is ready for his first car!
Thanks Bayside

Unhappy with former Customer with a nonconformities truck

Just wanted everyone to know about this Dealership and the people they having working for them, they lied to me over and over. They said they safety inspected all their cars and trucks, they lied! they lie and cheat to get you buy a car or truck. I had all kinds of issues and they do not care, I went to trade it back in today, the sales guy who sold it to me didint even want to know why I was there he said if I didint leave the lot he would call the police,
When I go back to a dealership where I purchased a vehicle the very least I expect is to be asked how the truck or car is running so it is my belief because of how he acted that he knew there was a problem from the begining. SO BEWARE and pass them by. I am look for help with this, if you have been screwed over by them please contact me, so I can get a formal complaint againist them going. I will put in the time to get them out of car business, because no one should be lied and cheated intobuying a lemon. I am starting to file complaints with BBB and Attorney general, but need your help to keep them from cheat anyone else Please dont deal with them. I am considering picketing them to make sure everybody is aware of this companys ethics and how they treat people. They are by far the worst company that I have ever dealt with! I will be working on finding out who really owns this business and sending them a letter about who they have working thier, because no one needs to be theatened to have police called on them in his manager office not in lot as they posted with no courtesy nor honesty to me or thiers one who had bad experience from this dealer.
