My girlfriend recently went into the salon asked for a $17 adult cut and when it was over she was charged $36. when asked why the extra charge she was told that she had gotten shampoo and styling. 1.) the stylist did not ask to wash her hair she just did it 2.) after her cut the stylist blow dried it, no curling,straightening,perming etc. just drying. now i don't think drying your hair is considered styling ( and she wasn't informed that it was apparently) the stylist also did not say it would cost extra, but whn she rung her up she was charged an extra $20. we tried to call and refund the difference but the ladies were rude. when asked if people leave looking like a wet dog, she said yes all the time.... then gave us the number and said to take it up with home office.... definitely would not recommend this place unless you like hidden fees and secret charges.
