      Started in 2000, Bonefish Grill specializes in fish and other wood-grilled dishes. Located in Evansville, Ind., its menu features traditional varieties of fish and seafood as well as numerous non-seafood items available in the categories of grilled fish, starters, sauteed/baked, soup/greens and more. These items include Singapore calamari, bacon wrapped Atlantic sea scallops, coconut crusted shrimp, chicken Marsala and fontina chop, among others. In 2010, Bonefish Grill became the Best Seafood and Top Service category winner of the ZAGAT Survey of National Chain Restaurants.
