The receptionist at the front desk could use a course in people skills. Patients want to know what is going to be done and how it will effect their future dental work. When asking a question at the desk you should not be treated abruptly as if she is too busy to speak with you. Similar to an investment, you would not put money into an investment if you did not have all the details. I expect the same from the dentist and his staff.
