I think the owners names are Ron and Shirley, I can't remember. They are great. You can tell Ron is prior service by his straight forward attitude which I like. His wife is the sweetest women I know. Never accuse them of not supporting military family's. I'm pretty sure their son was KIA in Afghanistan in 09. Long story short, best rental box location and people ever.

This is by far the best place to get anything done, specially if you are a military family, I can do my banking there, pick out card for deployed husband mail his packages, buy stamps and even get some office supplies, I love them there and they are always very friendly to me when I come it. :)

They need some serious training in customer service. Went to rent a box. We were told AFTER the fact there was indeed NO 24 hour accesss at the time (they didn't have a gate and no date that one would be installed) Husband deployed and when I called to follow up a few months later, they had closed our box with no notice. I asked why they didnt' call and he said they do. I indicated I never received a call and he said it isn't his responsiblity and hung up on me. I have witnessed complacent customer service and lack of concern for customers and I attribute that most likely to the lack of concern by management to perhaps properly train their employees in how to properly respond to customers. I am seriously disappointed by the businesses around the area that take the miilitary for granted and treat them poorly just because they have a captive client base. Love to see what an alternate postal store would do to their business. I only give one star based on location
