There is little to no flexibility from management when placing an order. I am so fed up with the management and their lack of communication and ease with the customer. What should be a "treat" for me ends up being a nightmare and I always walk out feeling frustrated and not listened to. Customer service and satisfaction is just as important, if not more important than the food itself. I think long and hard before going back.

This place has horrible customer service. They don't listen and always get your order wrong. Waste of money and time.

Excellent service ALWAYS. My wife loves the Egg Drop Soup. I love the Egg Rolls. Excellent portions per cost.

The management would not make a simple substitution request on a menu item. With that kind of an attitude towards customers this restaurant will not last very long.
