- Family PracticeDr. Michael Rountree is Board Certified in Family and Addiction Medicine. He has been a practicing provider for 25 years, offering direct client care services in a variety of settings including Community Health Centers, Rural and Tribal Health communities and the US military. He served as an active duty Army Medical Officer in Iraq and most recently was the Medical Director for the Veteran’s Administration Community Clinic in Loveland, CO. Dr. Rountree is a graduate of the St. George University, School of Medicine, Grenada, West Indies, completed his residency at United Hospital Center, Family Medicine in Clarksburg, WV and a fellowship at University of Wisconsin/Veteran Administration in Addiction Medicine.
