      Just want to say the front staff is amazing at Dr. Concepcions office. Ive been a patient in the past and the Dr just disappeared. But they have taken great care to meet my needs and level of comfort. Helen and Cathy are exceptional and my Dr of course. I recommend them 100%

      General Info
      Bonita Community Health Center is a comprehensive outpatient diagnostic, treatment, rehabilitation and surgical center. Its state-of-the-art facility provides a wide variety of health services and programs, including an on-site pharmacy, walk-in clinic, laboratory, day surgery, physician referral, and patient education areas. The center has an endoscopy suite that performs cancer screens and biopsies daily. It also has a pain clinic for the treatment of acute and chronic pain problems, with an anesthesiologist available for consultation and or performing procedures. Bonita Community Health Center also offers a full radiology department consisting of an open magnetic resonance imaging, ultrasound, fluoroscopy, and a full women's center with mammography and bone density testing. The center is located in Bonita Springs, Fla.
