Honest, skilled and friendly - who could ask for more?

When your car gets towed to a repair shop away from home, you naturally wonder if the shop is going to lick their chops and consume your bank account. Fortunately, I got towed to All Phase Auto Repair in Essex, MD.



I lef my car at 3 in the morning on a Friday (long story) and the next morning, the owner called me to make sure they understood my written notes and get permission to diagnose the problem. He called back later that day to tell me my catalytic converter had died and would need to be replaced, and they might need to do another batch of work to prevent the engine from fouling the new one.



I took my time deciding; the car has 190K on it, and it was almost a toss-up whether to fix it or not. They were very patient and when I finally make up my mind, they did the work very quickly. At the end, they called to tel me that the converter had simply died of old age, and the other work would not be needed, saving me nearly $400. I got the car back freshly cleaned and running like a top.



I was very impressed with their friendly attitude, excellent service and accuracy, and their patience with a customer on the fence.



While I have a local mechanic I am very happy with, and I can't imagine needing to drive my car 45 minutes to get it repaired, I must highly recommend All Phase to anyone in the greater Essex/Middle River Metropolitan Area for any car repair needs.
