I had my wedding dress pressed and cleaned there and on my wedding day I openef it and put it on and it had 2 hole in i and still had wrinkles all it a waste of $100.00 never again. It ruined my day

Lost my pants that were supposed to be hemmed n took 3 hours to find them n they were not hemmed just cut n cut wrong

This has got to be one of the worst cleaners in Essex. On more then on occasion my clothes were not ready when promised. Their customer service a joke, they look at you and pretend they do no understand what you are saying. Would not recommend this cleaners to anyone

My item was returned with a crust-like stain that was not there when I dropped it off. The manager very rudely stated that he was reclean it. However, when it was returned, it was obvious they would not be able to remove the spot. I requested a refund and the manager became rude and beligerent. I had to take the comforter to be properly cleaned (for the 3rd time), but a slight discoloring remains. Worst cleaners in town...hands down. Customer service and treatment of personal items absolutely suck.
