Just bought a another push mower from Miller Bros. after my previous mower finally kicked the bucket after 25yrs of faithful service! This company is great, they are knowledgeable and don't push try to push you into their most expensive product, Owner Mark took the time to show me a mower that would meet my needs and when I asked about several of the deluxe models he said my yard situation didn't warrant them. He was right on and my new mower works great. See you in another 25yrs Miller Bros.!!

In a time where "true" customer service is just about extinct, Miller Brothers stands alone. I will NEVER buy or service anything anywhere else. Not only did they do whats right they went beyond what was expected. They were great 30 years ago when I started dealing with them and still today, they want everyone happy, period!. To be honest, this shouldn't be rare, but it is. Thanks Mark!

Miller Brothers Fence installed chain link fence at our new home. Price was reasonable. Once the material was delivered, installation was completed in one day. Workmanship was first class. I would recommend Miller Brothers to anyone looking to have fencing installed.

We have bought most of our outdoor equipment and supplies from Miller Brothers until we moved to the westside about 15 years ago. We bought everything from them for over 25 years. So, when we needed a special attachment for our weed whacker, my husband went to them around Memorial day to order it. He was told it would be in the following week and they would call. 10 days went by and my husband called and was told another week,then two weeks etc. We never received a call! I called today and was told by a very rude parts clerk that I needed to know what type of weedwhacker we had. I told him I didn't know and he laughed at me and asked me how I expected him to tell me if it was in. I asked him to look it up under my name and he said NO they don'! do that. I am still upset by the way we were treated and it turns out that it had already come in. It's kind of late as we needed it weeks ago. Their system is flawed as anyone could have picked it up if they had the same whacker. Shame on them!

Just moved back to Erie and needed a snow blower, big surprise! Mark Miller, the owner helped me find just the right machine for my needs at a great price. Will be needing a lawn mower, garden tools and fencing in the spring. No surprise that I will be back at Miller Brothers for all my needs. New location is great and they service and can store my larger pieces like the snow blower. Won't get the same service at a box store!

There new store on State Street is beautiful. I was helped by a Larry Higgins, and Mark the owner himself. They were very knowledgeable of all the equipment I asked about. They have a large maintenance area and could fix all my machines. They gave me a fair deal on the things I bought from them. I will defiantly go back.
