Awful place to do collision. I took my car (well, State Farm pratically made me) take it here. I was hit in the rear quarter panel and the bumper. Well, they said they would blend it in and you wouldn't be able to notice it...LIES, they cannot color match for at all. Paint had a few areas of runs and I asked them to at least wetsand it and they said they couldn't. What a joke they are - don't ever take your car here to be painted.

In response to the first post, its hard to have faith in a review from someone who cant spell.

At bonells I had a awful expirence. I took my car there after I was in an accident that totaled the back door of my suv and they replaced it. Ten minutes after we left we noticed our dome lights wouldn't go out and the door ajar light was on. After opening and shutting all doors a bunch of times we called bonells and told them about the incident. They told us to bring it down and it would be a quick fix. Well when I took it there I was informed that the problem was in the back door but it wasn't their fault and we would have to pay to fix their mistake! So we now drive our car with electrical tape over the dome lights because after paying $1800 we really can't afford another $300 dollars to fix a problem our car did not have before we took it to bonells. I will never take my car here again and would not reccomend bonells collision to anyone.

Bonnell's Collision Centers has to be the best run business in the Erie area!!!!! Excellent quality in their work, superior customer service, and the Bonnell family works at both locations at all hours!!!!!! Will never take my car anywhere else again!!!!
