Our Ford diesel truck kept going into "Safe Mode" and wouldn't go above 2nd gear. We thought it was the transmission going out. We made it to Ephrata. Rick did tests on it and test drove it. He must have spent an hour on it but could not find out why it was doing that. It only acted up when we pulled the camp trailer up a hill. He told us several things that could need replacing, He said if it did it again pull over and shut off the engine and restart it to clear the computer. We had to drive it 200 miles to get home and his advice was correct. We had to shut it off and restart about 4 times coming home. We haven't had time to get it checked out but we appreciate his help and advice. He did not charge us anything. We highly recommend Hill's Auto service. I wish they were here in Tacoma because it's not easy to find such a good and honest mechanic.

They actually charged me less then quoted, The owner seems to be a great Mechanic, I would have gave 5 stars but last time I went He was not there and I was a little nervous on the help , customer service could improve a tad. but all in all for mechanics shop , so far the best I have found in Ephrata.

Our Family machinic passed away 2 yrs ago, my daughters and I have been taking our vechicles to Hills Auto since then, I won't go anywhere else. There Friendly, Their Excellent work, Honesty and Intrgreity keeps me coming back. Sue Kiehn
