The organization employs approximately 20 office personnel, 65 roofing and sheet metal mechanics and 15 service mechanics that perform leak investigations and repairs. In addition to conventional systems, Gooding, Simpson & Mackes has experience in providing specialty roofing applications, such as slate, tile, copper, stainless steel and other metal applications. J. Fred Gooding founded the company in 1946. Gooding, Simpson & Macke is based in Ephrata, Pa.
