- Pediatric CareDr. Joyce S. Waintraub is a Developmental (also known as Behavioral) Optometrist and the Director of Inspire Vision & Learning Center. She graduated with honors from SUNY College of Optometry and earned lifetime membership in Beta Sigma Kappa, the Optometric Honors Society. Dr. Waintraub completed internships in Pediatrics, Infant Vision, Strabismus, Vision Therapy, Perceptual Therapy, Head Trauma and Ocular Disease. She is licensed in New York and New Jersey as well as certified as a Therapeutic Optometrist from the state of New Jersey, allowing her to treat and manage eye disease with topical and oral prescription medication.
