Great Instructors, Peace and Friendly atmosphere
and a variety of great yoga class for all levels of ability.
Crystal Bowl Sound Healing for Meditation and restorative yoga classes. Aerial yoga and Gentle Beginner yoga and yoga for the more seasoned yogis.
