Taylor Morrison also provides mortgage assistance through its subsidiary, Taylor Morrison Home Funding. The company has more than 280 communities under construction in Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Nevada and Texas. Its affiliate, Monarch, constructs and sells townhomes, villas and single-family homes in Canada. Headquartered in Scottsdale, Ariz., Taylor Morrison maintains a location in Littleton, Colo.
