Colin is an excellent, highly ethical and aggressive attorney. Once he was convinced that I’m innocent of heinous false allegations that came from what seems to be my ex-wife, he vigorously defended me like a champ. He wouldn’t care about anything except giving me my life back and prove that I’m innocent. His skills in the court room and in writing aggressive motions are undisputable. He would bend any lair witness on the witness stand in a blink of an eye. But he also understands the politics of our justice system, and avoids putting his client at risk even if there is 1% chance for risk. He is an expensive attorney, but money was the last thing I needed to think about when I was facing these immoral and vicious allegations during a divorce and custody battle. His entire office staff is excellent and was very supportive during this tough time. I’d recommend Colin in the high profile cases, and wouldn’t trust anybody else, but him.

He uses his receptionist as his credibility. He's a good attorney, but he may conveniently forget key issues regarding your case. Make sure EVERYTHING is in writing.

Mr. Bresee handled a difficult traffic case for me. They kept me well informed as to what was going on. Not only did he get me a fair resolution to the case his pricing was fair as well.

Great Attorney

M.Colin Bresee is an excellant attorney and I would highly recommend his services in your time of need. No one enjoys finding themself in need of a Criminal attorney, but if you do, it is great to know there is one who understands your needs and takes the worry off of your shoulders.



Mr. Bresee was compassionate, understanding and confident that he could handle the case.



My daughter had really created a legal nightmare.... at least to me....but after turning it all over to him....what a relief. He made my family feel so at ease, and he did a fabulous job.



Again, I highly recommend Mr. Bresee.
