Today we had Adam from 1st choice plumbing come to our home and install a new faucet. I just have to compliment him on his immaculate work. He was very kind, professional, and clean. He was very courteous by removing his shoes without even making us ask him, he was very thorough and promptly and perfectly installed our new faucet. He explained everything and besides knowing exactly what he's doing, he was so clean! He didn't leave any residue behind or any trace that he was here only the shiny new and perfectly working faucet. I called 1st Choice Plumbing as I had a leaky water heater. Of all days, we were getting snow (middle of April) and the roads were slick but we were still able to get an appt for the very next day. Then, Adam (Serv. Pro) called and said he had an opening since another appointment was changed, and he'd be happy to come out right away! Since water was pooling up near the water heater and getting worse, I quickly agreed and met him at the house. He was extremely professional and very personable, and identified the problem quickly. He then set up for a new water heater to be installed right away, even though it meant him going across town to pick up the replacement (it was under manufacture warranty from a new home build) but he was willing to do so in spite of the bad weather. Adam returned with the replacement and finished the job which looked better than the orig. install from the new home builders! He then educated me on the functions/ maintenance of the new unit. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
