For five years I have been getting bills and phone calls for someone else. Despite all efforts to resolve this problem with them they still persist. I have even sent them letters telling them that person does not live at my address.

- 5 would be more like it! This company calls asking for someone I don't even know. when you call them back they become rude and nasty and hang up on you. They refused to give me their names or a supervisor so I can file a complaint.. I don't owe them any money and never heard of them until they started calling me 3 times a day - everyday.

is -5 a rating option? how can companies get away with posting false claims to credit reports. in this day and age where your creditworthiness precedes your name in an introduction, this is horribly disgusting. and calling them out on their err is a test in patience and determination. good luck and my apologies if ever you must deal with them!

i checked my wifes credit report to find a verison account on there that isnt hers Haven't contacted them but from the other ratings iv'e read I feel that it will be very hard to get this removed

I am not sure what to think about this company. I have never had to deal with one of these, and should not even now. They are making aqusations that I had an acct with AT&T and owe them over $300.00, in which I have never had an acct with AT&T, ever! I have been talking with them off and on now for over a year, and they still persist that I have to claim Fraud or??? I feel it is their error and they should fix it. They have my SS# attached, most likely because I was stupid enough to give it when they asked me. If this were my debt, I would pay, but since it is not my debt, I will not... it is more than a principle!! If you go online and search this people you will find that some people say this company is fraudulant and connect like named persons with these accts they purchased and harrange them untill they give up and pay or????
