Do not go there!
I purchased a Kirby vacuum cleaner on November 2, 2018, received a discount exchanging my vacuum cleaner and a steam cleaner. I asked for the box, but the salesperson reassured the item was new. After they left, I noticed scratches and called their office and asked to return the item. I spoke to Henry, every week from November through January 2019, who promised I would get my refund. My son and I drove to Aerotech and got our vacuum and steam cleaner back and signed a receipt showing proof of exchange and reimbursement, but the sale person said he could not contact the person authorized to give me my refund. I finally contacted the co-owner Debbie two weeks ago who said that they were experiencing bank issues, and then again last week and she said she was sick. I am now filing a formal complaint to the Illinois Chamber of Commerce today for recourse to see if this establishment can be either counseled or lose their business license.

So my boyfriend was suppose to have an interview here the other day, so I went with to just sit in the car because the whole thing seemed really sketchy. We show up and the guy that was suppose to interview him didn't show up. So my boyfriend was given the guys number and was told to call or text him. So my boyfriend texted him and the guy said that they could meet at a McDonald's.. it was even farther away so they compromised to meet at a flipping Burger King. I tagged along to get food. We sat there, and the guy never showed up and then eventually texts saying that he's busy. It is unprofessional, and just rude. How are you going to set up an interview and then bail, not once but twice. The man then tells my boyfriend that he's probably not a good candidate for the company because my boyfriend pointed out how unprofessional the guy was being. The mans name is Brody or something like that btw.

I would never recommend this company to anyone. They wouldn't leave our house, and my husband finally agreed to hold the Kirby until he spoke with me about it. They took our vacuum as "security". We called the very next morning to cancel because we agreed it wasn't something we were interested. We found out that not only did they mail off our vacuum for a company rebate, but they cashed the check that they were holding as a first payment if we accepted the offer, instead of shredding it as promised when we declined. My husband post dated the check for 2 weeks to avoid them cashing it immediately, and they held onto it for the entire time and cashed it the day of the post date (13 days after we declined the offer). Still waiting for our refund. They gave us 2 subpar vacuums to "replace" our vacuum they lost. We will probably end up selling them and going and buying a new one. This is the most ridiculous and unprofessional company we have ever dealt with. Filing a complaint with the BBB. Don't waste your time or money on this company.

This is the best company Ive ever worked for. I love Kirby so much that I have 2 of them! Its the best out there! The owners of Aerotech are the best! Nicest smartest people to work for.

I have had the same experience with this business as the other reviewers...I let them leave a kirby at my house just to get them out of my house (they were there for over 4 hours). They took my vacuum as a "security" and assured me that if I didn't want to keep the kirby they would bring my vacuum back no questions asked. I immediately called their office and told them I didn't want it and I was sending in the return form. They didn't come to get the kirby for a week and a half, and 3 weeks later I still don't have mine back. Every time I call I'm told they will get my message to a manager and have him call me back. I'm filing a complaint with the bbb and I'm going to be calling their office several times a day until I get through to them. My advice...if these people show up at your house tell them to leave or you'll call the cops!

I've been trying to get a refund for 6 weeks. Filing a complaint wtih the BBB. DOnt waste your hard earned money with these clowns!

This is the worst place that I have ever done business with. I would NOT recommend them to anyone. I cancelled purchasing a Kirby vaccum and then couldn't get anybody to call me back. Also they don't hold up there end of the contract!
